Villa Caldera 170

Villa Caldera 170 is a courtyard home conceived as a private landscape. Three inhabited volumes shelter a generous central patio where an organic pool, framed by volcanic rock, becomes the visual and social focus.

How the spaces work

The main volume contains a large open-plan lounge, dining area and island kitchen, supported by pantry and laundry rooms. A double suite with bathroom occupies one independent wing; two single bedrooms, a second bathroom and an office sit opposite.

Outdoor living

The patio works as a genuine outdoor room: pool, lounge, sunbeds and outdoor kitchen are sheltered by the house. The irregular waterline softens the architecture and echoes Fuerteventura’s mineral landscape.

A model tailored to your plot

The layout can evolve around the plot shape, views, desired privacy and chosen delivery level. Materials, openings, pergolas and landscaping are defined together as the design develops.
