The design

Casa Alisio 145

Casa Alisio 145 combines a balanced floor area with a calm, symmetrical composition. Two side wings contain three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office, while the centre is devoted to shared living and a direct relationship with the pool.

How the spaces work

Lounge and dining share the open centre, while the island kitchen is slightly more enclosed without losing visual connection. A double and single bedroom with bathroom are on the left; a second double, bathroom and office sit on the right with pantry and laundry.

Outdoor living

The rectangular pool sits in the rear courtyard, sheltered by the house wings. The terrace leaves room for loungers and planting, with a simple design ready for pergolas and shade according to plot orientation.
