The design

Casa Atelier 125 + Estudio 16

Casa Atelier 125 + Estudio 16 is designed for people who work from home, receive clients or want a genuinely independent creative room. The 125 m² main house is paired with a detached 16 m² studio, giving 141 m² of covered space in total.

How the spaces work

The house is divided into two volumes: lounge, dining, island kitchen, pantry and laundry on one side; three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the other. The detached studio has its own entrance and can serve as an office, atelier or reception room without disrupting domestic life.

Outdoor living

A generous terrace with rectangular pool, outdoor dining and four loungers extends between the volumes. Garden paths connect living wing, bedroom wing and studio, making the landscape the project’s unifying element.

A model tailored to your plot

The layout can evolve around the plot shape, views, desired privacy and chosen delivery level. Materials, openings, pergolas and landscaping are defined together as the design develops.
