Building a home in Costa Calma starts with a bright, breezy area where architecture must manage sun and wind without losing openness to the landscape. Architecture cannot be only about appearance: it must manage sunlight, wind, privacy, orientation and the everyday use of outdoor space.
Our design response centres on solar screens, deep pergolas, protected glazing and outdoor living split into distinct zones. These elements are assessed alongside plot shape, access, setbacks and the planning parameters that apply in the municipality of Pájara.
Before fixing areas and finishes, we review the available documents and the actual plot conditions. In Costa Calma, as elsewhere in Fuerteventura, feasibility is plot-specific: an area page helps frame the project but does not replace technical and planning checks.

Can I choose an advanced shell?
Yes. It is one of the two delivery options, alongside turnkey. The exact scope is set out in the project specification and estimate.
